01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and gcup6 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the services provided through the gcup6 website and gcup6 mobile app.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the gcup6 platform, you automatically agree to comply with all terms stated herein. This acceptance applies regardless of whether you have read this document in full — we therefore strongly encourage you to read it carefully from start to finish.

Gcup6 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through the platform's official communication channels, and continued use following such notice will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Member Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the gcup6 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a gcup6 employee.
• Registering only one account per individual — multiple accounts for a single user are prohibited.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and current information during the registration process.

Gcup6 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to verify member eligibility. This process is an industry standard designed to protect all parties from fraud and illegal activity. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card, passport, or other relevant supporting documents.

03 User Account

Every gcup6 member is fully responsible for their account. This includes password security, all activity carried out through the account, and ensuring account information is kept up to date.

It is your responsibility to ensure:

• Your gcup6 account password is kept secure and not shared with anyone.
• You log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Any suspicious activity on your account is reported to the gcup6 support team immediately.
• Personal information such as email, phone number, and payment methods is always accurate and up to date.

Gcup6 provides a two-factor authentication (2FA) feature for an additional layer of protection. We strongly encourage all members to activate this feature to safeguard their accounts from unauthorised access.

Gcup6 is not responsible for any losses arising from a member's failure to protect their login credentials, provided that the platform has taken reasonable security measures on our end.

04 Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Gcup6 accepts a wide range of safe and recognised deposit and withdrawal methods, including online bank transfers and popular local e-wallets in Malaysia.

For deposits:

• All deposits are processed in real time or within a short timeframe depending on the selected payment method.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.
• Gcup6 does not charge any additional fees for the deposit process.

For withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Qualifying withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified by the platform.
• Gcup6 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain limit.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of the terms will be blocked and reported to the authorities.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Gcup6 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods as stated in their respective promotional terms.

General terms applicable to all gcup6 bonuses:

• Every bonus has a minimum rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Only one account is eligible per promotion — multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will be terminated.
• Gcup6 reserves the right to void bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

For live casino games with a human dealer:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

07 Prohibited Member Conduct

Gcup6 takes the integrity of our platform and player community seriously. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without warning:

• Registering more than one account for a single individual.
• Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Gcup6 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified by the platform.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the gcup6 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all verification requirements have been met.

09 gcup6 Liability Limits

Gcup6 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or technical failures beyond gcup6's control.
• Losses arising from delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Losses arising from account use by an unauthorised party due to the member's own negligence.

Gcup6 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates 24/7 with minimal disruption. Any planned maintenance periods will be communicated to members with reasonable advance notice.

10 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Gcup6 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. For material amendments, gcup6 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice before the changes come into effect.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure provided by gcup6.
